Sermons, Life, and Blessings: Lessons Learned while Protected by my Guardian Angel (2025) Rev. Donald Mutersbaugh. This is a book about some of the life experiences that Pastor Mutersbaugh experienced in his lifetime and influenced his thinking and beliefs about God. He has had a very blessed existence and educational opportunities that helped him refine his ability to share his accumulated thoughts with others. He has written several sermons, some of which are included in this publication. It was while writing these sermons that he began researching and building his knowledge base and thinking – or musing – about many principal events in biblical history. Often, he found that his questions went outside of the normal realm of outcomes and into meditative possibilities beyond those that were described.
A part of this book deals with our communications with God and the ability to listen and more importantly to hear His message. It does not require any special instruments. If we take the time to observe our surroundings, we may find God, sometimes through His angels sending us a message. The key point is that we have an open dialogue with our Creator and never shut Him out. The problem is we have to open our minds and hearts to hear Him, but in a metaphysical, not a conventional way. Living and following His ways will improve our lives and and our chances for a place in His heavenly kingdom, but we have to have faith and patience to put God in control of our lives. 295 Pgs.
